Condition Value is Zero

Hello,

While creating a Contract (CQ), the Condition Value for the item is not getting populated. There is some value for PR00 (being inactive) and PB00, but their corresponding Condition Value is still 0 and due to which there is no Net value.

Condition record (valid) is fetched for PR00 and manually entered for PB00, but no value comes under Condition value column.

I can see previous created contracts where everything is working fine, but whatever new that I am creating now isa having this problem. I suspect there has been some changes related to Pricing Procedures, but not sure what that can be.

Please help!!

Regards,

Abhishek

Check your pricing analysis in Item Data - Condition - Analysis button.

This will provide you an idea why your pricing condition type is not getting determined.

For manual condition type, it is straight forward, input value and press enter to update the price.

Whereas, for pricing based on condition record, it should be be determine based on key combination and your pricing date from contract sholud lies between validity period of condition record.

The Pricing analysis shows that the Condition record is getting picked, and therefore i can see value for the PR00 condition type under Amount column. The condition record is valid also. But what frustrating is that there is nothing under Condition value column, for both PR00 and PB00.

Interestingly if I am giving Order quantity at item level under Sales A tab, then the Condition value and Net value is populated. But this is not same as that of the old contracts created, because for them there is no order quantity maintained at item level.

Then in that case, compare the Item Category getting determined for the your contract and for the older contracts.

Thanks JP, but the Item category is same as that of old contracts and it is standard KMN. I can't find any difference between old contracts and the one I am creating.

Please help!

Then compare target quantities in contracts. And I don't feel you can get pricing calculated with 0 (zero) Qty.

Further compare pricing procedure for contracts in Header Data - Sales Tab - Pric. procedure field.

Hello JP,

Thank you for the feedback, but the target quantites are not affecting and they are having some value. Pricing procedure has been the same as of the old documents. It is not the Target quantity but the Order quantity which if I am maintaining at Header level is giving me the Net value, and not with the 0 order quantity.
