Hi all,
My scenario is,
I created a external service for my network in the project. PR has been created. I've converted the PR into PO(Service) and then i maintained a HR master and assign the PO details. But when i try to enter the time sheet for that employee i couldn't.Anyone can explain the process flow for this scenario please.
Thanks
Please update the solution you got, so that others can get some idea on that.

If you are entering time for a service provider of if the service provider is entering there own time then you need to use CATS for Service Providers - this can be entering own time where you do this automatically based on your logon and HR info type 0105 must be set up or ADMIN - Record working times and you need to enter the employee number manually.

Hello,
1.create PR
2.Create PO.
Create Mini HR master data for external employee.
Now execute the work.
3.enter the time sheet in CAT2.
4.If you have approve,use t-code:CATS_APPR_LITE
5.go to CATM execute with PO or employee number.
now Service entry sheet will created automatically.
now pay to vendor.

Once you create external service PO, the same should have been assigned to HR master. Try to create as group so that time entry can be done conveniently.
Check the below links. I guess, you are using CAT time entry transaction to create Service entry sheet. Use CATM transaction to create time entry.
