Quality Inspection Lot in Release mode

Dear Sir's,

Please help me for cleared the Inspection lot from Quality.

I am doing the qa32 inspection lot in release mode, First we select the Inspection Specification and click on task list/spec. then system shows the message no inspection plan could be found.

After that we are going to QP02 for assignement of the material, then system shows the message "material already assigned".

finally lot shows in "CRTD CHCR SPRQ" mode and not for rel mode. Then how it will be clear from quality.

Please advice how we can clear the quality lot.
