Quality Inspection Lot in Release mode

Dear Sir's,

Please help me for cleared the Inspection lot from Quality.

I am doing the qa32 inspection lot in release mode, First we select the Inspection Specification and click on task list/spec. then system shows the message no inspection plan could be found.

After that we are going to QP02 for assignement of the material, then system shows the message "material already assigned".

finally lot shows in "CRTD CHCR SPRQ" mode and not for rel mode. Then how it will be clear from quality.

Please advice how we can clear the quality lot.

Hi,

GO to Transaction code-QA02

Enter your Inspection lot number and go to " Inspection Specification Tab". Please ensure that task list usage and key date should be same as inspection plan created date and usage. Click " Task lis/spec tab" and Go to Sample tab, click sample calculation, Then save it.

If these settings are done you will be able to record the results

Make sure that that valid from date of inspection plan when material assigned was prior to that of the date of creation of Inspection lot.

Please check the validity date of the plan and make sure that inspection plan of correct usage must be there.
