SEPA DD downgrade to different version?

Hi All,

We get our SEPA XML file for Direct Debits with pain pain.008.001.02, however our Bank supports a lower version pain.008.001.01

Can anyone suggest how can we change the format to suit the banks requirements?

Hi Krishna,

You should mantain the 008.001.02 version and create a new sepa format

for your 008.001.01. As per example you can check note 1090321 and

create ZSEPA_DD in order to support 001.001.02 version.

Thank you very much for your advice. Now our bank says that they are ready for 001.001.02 version. So we dont need to change anything.

However I had a question about SEPA CT, I got a XML file from the payment program. However when we try to open the file, we get error.

*The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Documents and Settings/krishna.la/Desktop...*

Do you have any idea, what could be causing the issue.

However one of my friend using Internet Explorer 9, was able to open this file without any issues. Any suggestions.
