BOXI 3.1 reports on GRC data

Dear Experts,

Requirement is we have to do the all users risk analysis Reports in BOXI 3.1 based on GRC data.

I'm new to GRC, so I have no idea in GRC which TABLES contains the data.

How GRC inegrated with BOXI 3.1?

I mean can we directly do reporting on GRC? Or we have load all the data to some other database from there we have to create BOXI universe ....ans so on

Is there any guide available for this please provide the link.

Hello Diego,

Thanks for reply, the DataMart functionality will work if Crystal Reports tool only, But we dont have Crystal Reports or SAP Business warehouse.

We are using only Business Objects BOXI 3.1 version.

Could you please tell me how to integrate with BOXI 3.1.

I guess the only way to integrate is using crystal reports, as per the guide I mentioned above:

"Requirements

The requirement for accessing and using these sample reports depends on your environment: standalone environment or

Enterprise environment.

􀂄 Standalone Environment u2013 is only supported on Crystal Reports 2008 SP1 or higher.

􀂄 Enterprise Environment u2013 is supported using Crystal Reports 2008 SP1 or higher on BusinessObjects Edge BI 3.1,

and on BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1.

Crystal Reports 2008 supports standalone environments and supports workflows with BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.0,

BusinessObjects Edge Series XI 3.0, and Crystal Reports Server 2008.

If you are running BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1, download and install Crystal Reports 2008 Service Pack 1."

Actually we have report requirement based on GRC risk violation data, ECC user data as well as external file(excel)

what are the pros & cons

if we use crystal reports directly,

how much the license will cost?

what are the pros & cons

if we load GRC Data to some other database from there if we create universe and then reports
