Hi
Can the offline apps be developed for blackberry. As MI Client can process requests and produce the HTML for HTTP requets through PDA's or Desktop browsers. Will the MI Client(in offline mode) on blacberry be able to run an application..
as such WAP Gateway that generates WML/compressed WML is only relevant in case of Online apps.
Thanks

Hi,
AFAIK only Web Dynpro can produce WAP content for Blackbery devices and this is online solution.
It is not possible to install MI on mobile phones and MI itself can't produce WAP content without any gatways.
Hope it helps.
Victor.

Hi Harsh,
AFAIK, You can't install MI on Bleckbary device, hance you can't develop AWT , at least MI AWT application there.
You can talk about MI as a Tomcat 3.2 HTTM server, and then of course it can make all sort of content, but pay attention that MI should be installed localy on device.
Best Regards,
Victor.
