Question about locking related message


According to point 6 of this document,

...when you lock related incidents and make a change in the problem, this change is also registered in the incident.

I´m running Solman Service Desk 7.1 and I can lock related incidents, but problem changes aren´t shown in these incidents. No status change, neither priority or category changes.Even when I confirm problem,related incidents are still open.

Do I need any customizing to have this functionality?

      Hi Vikram,

      What I need,basically,is lock multiple incidents related to a problem,and if I change the status of the problem,this change must be also recorded in these related incidents,but it doesn´t happen.Changes saved in the problem are not saved in incidents.

      That´s what I undestand reading this documentaction.
