XI Trial Version?

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times before, I'm gonna ask anyway, maybe there are some news on this:

Is there anyway to get an evaluation version of XI?

I've searched SDN and the Service Marketplace, the only download I get related to XI seems to be a SP, I can't access the documentation to it (I can download it though...weired....).

If there is no evaluation version - are there plans on doing one?
