inconsistency faglflext faglflexp

Hi there,

I always thought faglflext was a summarized table of the fagflexa and the faglflexp. Is this true? (Until this year it was true at our company) This year I find planned items in the faglflext where the faglflexp is empty. I my opinion this should not be possible?

Any clues?
