Decrypt Password: Decrypting password failed error code 5

Hi,

I have seen that in this community others have also received this error and tried to follow below link:

However, there is no direct solution given in any one of these threads. Actually, IDM was working fine and recently we have installed NW AS JAVA. And due to some technical reasons, NW AS JAVA was reinstalled and after that this problem came.

I am unable to identify the areas where this is to be looked into. May any one please help me resolve this issue?

Faisal,

This is almost always due to an issue with KEYS.INI. Make sure the same correct version is on all servers using a dispatcher and referenced via NW Admin.

I could generate the Key.in file using IDM console->Action->Add encryption key. But still I am getting the same error.
