Error on transport to production (dummy do not translate)

Hi,...

At HR modules R3, I have requirement to customize the 0022 Infotype to extend the length of KSBEZ data element from text25 to text100 and also change the screen 2000 for that field ... On development server, it works fine, but when the basis team transport the request there is an error like this...

dummy do not translate

begin: activation of the shadow nametabs

did anyone have this problem before?

    Hi,

Strange requierement, you want to modify a data element ? do you have check that your data element is used in structures / tables ?

Do you have activate these tables, structures ?

Maybe, it's better to create your own data element, and modify this screen ...

    Regards

      Hi frederic...

thanks ... but I solved the problem already... dunno what caused it. I just separated the transport request no between domain edit, data element and screen.

And then basis team transport it...

it still has error, but they just retransport the transport req no and walaah... it's works fine... no error...

    Hi Yusuf,

Just for your Info. I also faced same problem, and did same what you did. But do you know what casued that problem earlier. Well when you change Data element, Domain or Structures. all should go in a particular sequence to the PRODuction. If you put all those in one Request this does not happen. So when u divided them in diff req. and transported , it worked.

This was for your Information .
