Account First Name/Last Name

This might be dummy questions..

On the IC Webclient Screen

1)What is the use of First Name/Last Name when we are creating an Account.Because when we search and find them we can't see them again. Do they get saved anywhere? and where can we see all the Accounts created at a time.Because I tried with "*"..its not working.

2)Where can the Contact Centre Agent see all the service tickets at a time??

Can any one help with these simple questions?
