Business Process Analytics-unable to get "Load Master Data" node in BPMon

Hi,

I am trying to setup Business Process Analytics in Solman 7.1.

I am following the setup guide of SAP and have performed all the required steps but I am not able to do the "Load BW Master Data" step.

As per the guide after configuring the application monitors in the "Logical Component" node and doing the "Generation Activation" I should get another node of "Load Master Data" which I am not getting and thus am not able to complete the BPA setup and not getting any data in the Business Process Analytics view.

Can anyone tell me how can I get the node "Load master Data" in the BPMon setup after the node " GenerationDeactivationActivation".

Hi,

There are two things that I think could be the reason (if the setup has been made correctly)

- SAP doesn't mention loud and clear that this functionality is not available for all the monitors, so you need to make sure that this metric is a part of BPA

- While you're setting the metric up, you need to mark minimum one "group by" field, without this the load master data part will not apear

Hi Jolanta,

Thanks for your suggestion. I ticked in the group by check box and the node appeared. Truely SAP is all about ticks.

Hi Vishal

The issue like temporary session node issue.

How about de-activate analytics. And then from BPMon set up session, conduct session reset.

Go into BPO workcenter. And then gointo BPMon set up session. (will be in another windows).

From the menu => Session Component =>Re-initializae.

Hope works.

Best Regards
