Hi Venkata and Krishna,

Thank you so much for your kind response. I am getting this error in SM58: "No service for system SAPX28, client 100 in Integration Directory" here X28 refers to SAP-ISU server. Is this anything to do with IDX2 transaction?

Since when I open IDX2 there are no entries for refering to X28 system. Earlier before cloning we had an entry in IDX2 called P28 (which refers to the system of which X28 is clone).

Hi Naveen,

Thank you for your kind response. From SM59 settings I am able to connect to X28 system.

Actually I am trying to help the BASIS team in setting up connection.

Hi

Now, move over to IDX1 , check your IDOC port setting,

port - SAP <SID of new clone> and the corresponding

RFC Destination

Make sure the Adapter Specifi Identifiers for the BS in ID is in place and is referring to the corresponding System

Hi All,

Thank you so much for your kind response.

The problem was that a specific user was locked in SM59 connection settings.

If IDOCs generated without errors , head over to TCODE - sm58

Hi Anupam,

Did you check if the connection settings are correctly in place in both your PI and ISU servers. Aslo check with your Basis team to check the admin level settings.

Regards,

Naveen.
