RSWUWFMLEC doesnt work

Hi everyone,

We have SRM 7.0.

1.I have scheduled the report RSWUWFMLEC to run every 10 mins and its running successfully. 
2.I tried sending e-mail from SO01 to external e-mail addresses, and it was successful. 
3.We have maintained the e-mail address for the users in SU01. 
4.The user attribute FORWARD_WI is set for the users. 

But we are not receiving any mails. Please help me troubleshoot

Hello,

As of SRM 7.0, you have to use report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND when working with offline approval.

Hi Ricardo,

1)I have scheduled the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND as well to run every 5 minutes(now RSWUWFMLEC is also running simultaneously)

2)I have set the e-mail address for the WF-BATCH user. Still i haven't received any mails.

Is there anyway, i can see where the mails are stuck, i'm not able to see anything in SOST. Please let me know how to troubleshoot.

Hi Ricardo,

I manually executed the report SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND, with all log turned on from SE38. I got the following result

Report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND
A total of 0 work items scanned
No work items found that required forwarding

What does it mean? Is this helpful to say where the problem is?

Hi Nanda,

Please maintain email address at business partner instead on SU01.

You can use tcode BP to maintain it

Thanks for the answers. We checked in BP and for all the users the wrong e-mail id is maintained.

Can you please let me know if there is a way for the mass change of the e-mail ids for all users in BP?

Hi Nanda,

You can use LSMW with recording to do the mass change.

Moreover you can consult it with your abaper to create BDC program.
