Scoring problem

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with scoring.

The scoring is enabled on the RFI and RFP Type but when I go into the Questions I cannot chose the options from the drop down system on the right hand side. It only says Do Not Score and there is no chance to change this. Can you point me in the right direction to get this fixed?

I have compared the settings with a tenant where scoring works but I have not found any difference. Any ideas?
