CRM 4.0 Setup and Load Guide

Hello All,

I'm familiar with all the middleware tasks but I grew up in the CRM 3.0 world. CRM 3.0 had a document called the Setup and Load Guide which took you through all the steps necessary to setup and import all the needed data in a CRM system. I'm now working on a CRM 4.0 system and I can't find the Setup and Load Guide for this product. Can someone tell me where I can find the Setup and Load Guide for CRM 4.0? This document is referenced in the master guide, but I can't find it in the service marketplace. Is this now part of Solution Manager?
