Automatic refresh function / using Function Keys

Dear colleagues,

In Warehouse Mgmt there is a Monitor transaction, LT45,which monitors the picking progress.

Once I have entered my group number, and move further one or two screens, I can refresh the status by using the F3 and F8 Function Keys.

Now I have been looking for some freeware to record my keystrokes F3 and F8. There is some free and less free software available, but I would prefer to do this with SAP without additional software.

Do you have any thoughts about this?
