SAP BOBJ Explorer not displaying texts of BW characteristics just keys

We want to create a report based in InfoCube data in Business Objects Explorer 4.0.

We have created the relational connection, data foundation and universe (UNX) in Information Design Tool.

In the universe we can see for example dimension "Material" with short, medium and heading descriptions.

When I try to create Information space for Explorer based on created universe I get only facet Material without descriptions. It is same for all facets.

So when I run the report on Explorer I get only keys without texts?

Is there any solutions to this problem?

PS: Even in his book (Integrating SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.x with SAP NetWeaver), Ingo Hilgefort has an example of report in Explorer only with keys without texts (figure 9.17 page 308)
