Hi,
I got an error message "Action Cancelled" when i click on the "Save" button to save Infotype 0002 during hiring process. However, the data are saved into the database table. What has caused this error or is there any missing configuration that i must do in order to get rid the message?

Check the Infogroup of the Action first (something may go wrong in there...). Also, you may also check the Dynamic Action for your case. Good luck.

System is not reading the remaing infotypes you have defined for your specific action.
That means there is some grouping issue/mismatch, where in system is ending the program after 0002 record.
Please check all the user group settings for your Infogroup & the assignments.Check the Check Action Menu properly.
In pa-30 check what all areas the system has picked, are those as per your configuration or not.
Hi,
The error message "Action Cancelled" is shown when i tried to save IT0002 for the first time. When i tried to click again on the save button for the second time, it will proceed to other infotype as specified in my infogroups and the record is save into PA0002. I've also checked action menu and it's specified correctly that calls the correct infogroup.
What else i need to check as i did not make any changes to the dynamic action as well?
