Link for supplier admin creation

Dear Experts,

We are cofiguring the supplier replication from SRM to SUS for SUS supplier. The system is generating an e-mail with the user and password for the supplier to create Admin User for themselves in the SUS system.

In the settings

SPRO -> Supplier self services -> Master data -> Make settings for business partner -> Url for UM .

Here, we have maintained the supplier self registration page as instructed by one of the SAP course material. So, the system generated mail contains the same link for the supplier to create the Admin user (using the system generated access details).

But, the page only opens the supplier self registration page with guest logon.

Could you please guide me what should we maintain in the spro settings for 'Url for UM' so that the supplier can login with the system generated access details to create their own admin user?

Hi Ranjan,

Go to SE80Open the BSP page for SRMSUS_SELFREGTake the URL link from the properties tab of this page and use it under 'URL for UM'.

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks a lot. When I maintain the link in the settings 'the url for UM' in the SRM SUS and try to access the link with the system generated user and password, it gives an error message 'Your company is locked. Please, contact system adminstrator'.

Could you please guide me what can be the issue?

Hi Ranjan,

Could you please share as how you got this issue resolved?

I've vendor replicated from SRM to SUS and the mails are going out. When I use the login details provided in the mail, I get the following error. "Your company is Locked, contact administrator"

It would be a great help if you can share how u got this resolved.

Hi Sam,

when creating a supplier/bidder,you will have a check box "lock supplier",see if that is checked,please uncheck that,your issue gets resolved
