How to restrict the customer for other service orders

Dear experts,

I am struck with one issue can any one help me for this,in service order we are giving the customer as sold to party as 123***, for particular functional location and storage location this is the customer 123***,when I raise the service order only this customer has to reflect in service order, for the users I want to restrict not to give other customers if they give also it has to throw error,any standard configs for this so that I can stop the user not to give any other customers,quick answer will be very very helpful.

Hi,

I believe standard won't match with this requirement, use the user exit V45A0002,take the help of ABAPer.

Thanks for your vauable suggestion,as i found one field through which i have made this particular field in to non editable format.

If any one has the same issue you can see the solution at,

spro-img-pm&customer service-maintainence serivce orders-define partner determination procedure.

In this there is one option not changeable for particular partner function.
