Error in Support team determination

Dear All,

Can you help me with the following error.

I get the following error while I create automatic determination of support team.

Finding Support Team

Incorrect parameter transfer ()

Action could not be successfully executed

Prompt response would be highly appreciated.

Hi Lerry,

Please do following:

To correct the BP if not assigned:

- SE38 --> Program = HRALXSYNC --> execute

- select central persons, orga. unit and branch from org unit and click execute

- If any object showing red then to fix select that object and click on start repair button

- It will fix the object and create the BP.

these above steps will fix these errors. try creating test message after this and let me knwo if you still finding any issue.

I was just wondering, do I need to repair all the objects. I can see 20 errors now.

Hi Vikram,

I get the same error message...

I proceeded as you described - I fixed all red lights, but the error still occures.

I try to set up a support team determination by 'Category'. So I defined severel rules for the different 'Categorys' with priority 09.

With these rules I want to rout all tickets which were created via Work Center or NOTIF_CREATE, when a 'Category' was selected. --> this works fine

All tickets which were created directly in the ERP system with 'Help' --> 'Create Support Message' don't have a 'Category' and for this tickets I receive the error message. Even if I have defined for this an additional rule with a lower priority ('SAP Component' = *).

It seems, that the support team determination can not handle the empty 'Category'...
