Data Base Fields not expanding on Bex Query

Hi guys, i am stuck with a issue, i am able to create a new report on bex query and the query name shows in Database Fields under Field explorer but when i click on the '+' sign to see the fields it does not expand. Any Ideas.

BOBJ Enterprize 3.1 Service pack 3 fix pack 3.3

Crystal reports 2008 Service pack 2

SAP Integration kit service pack 3 fix pack 3.3

For BW we are using 7 and satisfying all the EHP and service packs required.
