Hello there,
Somehow, the J2EE is shutdown after running for about 30 minutes.
I am using Web Dynpro version Version: 2.0.4 and Build id: 200402161217 over Window 2000 with 1GB of RAM.
Thanks.

Hello Thaiba,
This is definitely a licensing issue. Check http://service.sap.com/licensekey on how to apply for a permanent license key.
Best regards,
Vladimir

Hi
Are you getting a red colored symbol on your SAP MMC. Check your license. Is your server stopping after some 20-25 minutes or so. It must be a problem with your license.
If your license is fine and your server keeps restarting suddenly then check your heap settings in your configtool
Go to C:\usr\sap\j2e\jc00\j2ee\configtool\configtool.bat
Once you are there then say yes to the popup that appears.
Navigate to cluster-data -->Instance_ID
On the right side make the heap size as 512.
Then for the path
Cluster-data --> Instance_ID -->dispatcher : Enter 512
Then for the path
Cluster-data --> Instance_ID -->server : Enter 1024
Then restart your J2ee cluster and see.
Also ensure that your Windows virtual memory is fine. Set it to the max size.
Also for more detailed information check SAP documentation on WAS for heap size recommendations.
This you could find it in the Release notes.
Let me know if that helps you. Regards
regards
ravi

Hi,
It may be because of the licensing issue. Check the error message in the SAP Management console.
If the error message is "Stopped, license check failed" then you have to apply the license for your J2EE engine.
