SAP CRM Sales 1.2.1 -> SUP - > SAP connection

Hi all,

i have an ongoing crm project with sap crm sales mobile 1.2.1.

Well, we have installed all the compontents that is required but i have a problem on connecting from mobile (IPAD) to SAP.

I can easly connect to SUP with a user which is activated from SUP Control Center, but all my created accounts, contacts stays in pending on mobile side and i can't download any account or other data from SAP.

Where is the config for SAP on SUP side ? After connecting to SUP from mobile device, there must be a configuration that targets the SAP instance,system id, ip adres or other parameters to download data. where is it ?

After PIN code section a popup appears asks my SAP user and pass but nothing happens. No download and upload.

Where is the error ?

pls help. this is very urgent.

There are several potemtial root causes.

+ NetWeaver Mobile/DOE is not setup

+ DOE -> CRM should be Trusted RFC

+ CRM application user ID should be in DOE
