Process Chain Failure

Hi,

My process chain has been failing since the past week with the error message "Process LOADING, job count 05024001 should already have started", there is no short dump or any other clue except the error message given in quotes.

thanks

    Hello Sai

I think if you look in transaction SM37 you should be able to find a job that is possibly showing as still being executed. You will have to look at all active jobe as far back as possible. If you find a this job you might want to investigate it as to why its still going or hanging.

Let me know if this helps.

We are experiencing similar problems. Please see my post under the following topic:

    Process chain problem

I list some things we have tried which do not work. Hopefully they will save you some time.

I also list a manual workaround that we currently use. I don't like it, but until SAP decides to fix this thing it's the best we've come up with.
