HI

I Maintained Conditon Record for PC is 30 Rs

I created Sale order with 100 PC's but system is calculating Net value 3

I found that in sale order level pricing as well as conditon reocrd level Per unit PC its picking 1,000 but amount column its showing 30.00

if enter the price manually its working fine but picked from conditon record is the problem i.e per unit decimal points

i cheked user file 1,2345.89 (X)

What is the configuration is required to achive this ?

Go to condition tab of that sale order and block that condition type and clck on blue lens at bottom left. You can see now a tab "Condition values" where you can check how system has calculated.

HI

Under Condition Value tab

Amount 30.00 INR / 1,000 PC

Condition base value 100.000 PC INR

Condiiton Value 3.00 INR 3.00 Alt cal Type 17

but system supposed to take Conditon Value 30*100 = 3000 but it is taking 3.00

Guide me

It seems the condition record is maintained per 1000 PCs and hence it is calculating the condition amount in the document as 3.00 per 100 PCs (as 30.00 INR per 1000 PCs). Miantain the condition record as 30.00 INR per 1 PC and check creating another sales order or update pricing in the same sales order.

Thanks,

Hi

Anuradha please go to conditions record and check quantity as you supposed to tell only 100pc,but you mentioned 1000pc ,so plz change the qty to 100 pc and give 30rs to it and check the result.

HI

My Question is why system is picked 1,000 PC rather than 1 PC where is the settings related to that

In Material Master my standard Price is 3.00

My Question is why system is picked 1,000 PC rather than 1 PC where is the settings related to that

Because the condition record is maintained as 30.00 INR 'PER' 1000 PCs

HI

Sorry i think your didnt understand my question

Why system is pciked by default 1,000 PC , why it is not picked 1PC

where is the configuration settings

why it is not picked 1PC

Do you have a condition record maintained for 1PC? How can the system pick 'condition value' for 1PC when there is no condition record for 1PC?

If it is not clear and if your question is different...please explain the scenario in detail.

It is very clear now. You have maintained price of 30 per 1000 which means, per piece, it would be 0.30 only and for 100 nos., the net value would be 3.00 which the condition value tab showing.

HI

Per 1 PC = 30 Rs

At the time of creating the condition record its picked

Material Amount unit Per unit
ABCD 30.00 INR 1,000 PC

why system by defauly picked 1,000 PC , it should be 1 PC

I created sale order for 100 PC , its calculated 3.00 , chekc my above posts

I hope you understand my problem

I understand that you thought of maintaining the condition record as 30.00 INR per 1 PC and instead created the condition record as 30.00 INR per 1000 PC.

Goto VK12 and change the condition record in the column 'PER' changing the value 1000 to 1. Save the condition record and create a new sales order.

HI

I am not working on IDES ,

Rather than changing the manually , we can enter the price in sale order manually

if i enter manually its working

But My Doubt is why system is picked 1,000 PC rather than 1 PC ? where is the control ?
