WAS SP9 to SP11 in AIX 64

Hi,

we have installed EP6 SP9 with WAS Java only SP9 in AIX 64 bit. It was working fine. when we start the WAS upgrade to SP11 we got IGS missing error in IGS ( 3'rd step ) installation step. We took all the four .SAR files from market place , extracted into one common folder. and run ./sapinst

any ideas what went wrong.
