ODS Acttivation

Hi all,

The QM status and Technial status in the Manage requests page shows green but the data has not

been activated. Ie, data is still in the NewData table.

The message in monitor says

"

Loading successfully completed - activate ODS

Diagnosis

The data was loaded successfully into the ODS Object CSR_O01 but not activated. You can only report on the data by using 'most recent'.

Procedure

Activate the data in the ODS Object by choosing <LS>Administrator Workbench > data targets > context menu on ODS Object CSR_O01 > Activate data in ODS.

"

But nothing happens when Activate is given.

I waited for more than an hour, which usually takes only

2 minutes as there are only around 200 records.

what could be wrong?
