Rounding gats down

Base unit of naterial is EA

Order unit is Pac

i set in material master, order unit 1 PAC=50 EA

1) P.R created for 140 EA

2) when i try to convert PO there shows 2.8 Pack. I need here to round 3 pack. For thet i created rounding profile and assign with inforecord. But system get rounded to 2 pack. I need here to round as 3 pack ( not as 2 pack). Where is the Exact error.
