Project data upload via Flatfile

Greetings All!!

We are trying to upload data for projects through E-sourcing.We are transfering teh data from ESO to BI application server in CSV format and than we are trying to upload the data via data management tool in SPM.The data from ESO is saved in .CSV format and when we try to upload data by SPM UI.we only get 1 record updated in teh inbound layer and the validation details give messages like

Column XSARSIN_DS of source ESO-01.csv is not mapped to a column in the target object for three fileds whereas the fileds are mapped and nothing from source file is unmapped.

Even after this there is only1 record getting updated in the DSO and that too not completely.Bits and pieces of data are updated.

Can someone please render some suggestion on this situation.
