Confirmation to deploy Crystal Architecture

Hi All

We are intended to deploy Crystal Report solution in organization for formatted reports by directly accessing SAP ECC (ERP) tables/functions/infoSets

As per our research, we need

0. Import Transport Requests in SAP ECC server

1. Install Crystal Report 2011 to design the reports

2. Install Crystal Server to publish designed reports

3. Named user can access report directly through Crystal Server

I.e.

1. SAP Crystal Report 2011 will be purchased separately

2. License to Viewing/Execute Reports are to be purchased with Crystal Server

Is it correct, or we still have to go for BOBJ BI 4.0 complete suite?
