AS91 APC legacy value for Dep. Area 31 Greyed out

Hi,

We are trying to upload legacy asset via TC: AS91. We are using same Chart of Dep. as other Co. Codes which are already in the system. The Acquisition value for area 31 & 32 are grayed out (not input ready filed) while with the same Chart of Dep. for other Co. Codes are available for input.

Can you please help me to resolve this since we need to post the historical value for 31 & 32 area?
