Mail showing sent in SOST going perfectly in DEV not in QA except 2partners

Hello Experts,

In DEV system External E-mail is going to outlook for all the partners maintained for partner fuctions ( z0, z1, z2, z3,z4,z5) in the partners tab for approval request. its perfectly fine.

In QA System , Except for the partners mainatained for partner functions (Z2 and Z4) External E-mail is going to outlook perfectly with approval request.

one more thing is in SOST transaction mail is showing as sent to the partners mainatained for partner functions (Z2 ,Z4) , However its not getting received by the approvers.

In DEVELOPMENT system its working fine for all the cases.

In QA , One more observation is While Manually transmitting mail from SOST for Z2,Z4 corresponding partners external mail its taking UNUSUAL AMOUNT of Time rather than other ones.

Please give me your inputs about this strange situation.

I have maintained it as the INTERNET' type

E-mail id s are maintained correctly the thing is no matter what ever partners i Kept for Z2 and Z4 partnerfuctions it is showing as transmitted with Green color in SOST but not getting delivered to the recipents outlook mail.

for remaining partner functions , what ever the partners are maintained they are receiving mail properly.
