Adding WBS Element in Profitability report in COPA

Hi ,

How can we update the following reports to include WBS Element as both selection criteria and navigation characteristic in Profitability report in COPA.below the report which i need to add WBS Element for my client.and please suggest me how can i add the charcterstic value in Available Characterstic selection box.

EX:-

Y_MED_15000016 - 00 - Units - Rolling 13 Periods

Y_MED_15000011 - 01 - GSV - Rolling 13 Periods

Y_MED_15000017 - 02 - GSV - YTD

Y_MED_15000018 - 03 - Units - YTD

Y_MED_15000019 - 04 - GSV, Units, ASPs - 5 yr analysis

Y_MED_15000020 - 05 - GSV, Units, ASP - Pd Range Total

Y_MED_15000004 - 07 - GSV, Units, ASP - by period

Y_MED_90000018 - 08 - GSV, Units, ASP - by selected years

Y_MED_15000007 - 09 - GSV, Units, ASP - by PD - Excel piv

Y_MED_15000008 - 09A - 09 report - with added selections

Y_MED_90000014 - Channel Standard Margins Month and YTD

Y_MED_90000015 - Channel Standard Margins Monthly Actual

Y_MED_90000016 - Channel Standard Margins Monthly Plan

Y_MED_15000048 - Period by Period Actual

Y_MED_15000049 - Period by Period Plan

Y_MED_15000050 - Margin Analysis Actual

Y_MED_15000051 - Margin Analysis Plan

Harish, did you manage to get it done?

I have the same problem. After added wbs element caracteristic, and after selecting this criteria in drill down, I only obtain "not assigned".

I think the problem is not related with drill down but with the documents that have wbs element, because this ones are not in the reports.

All the other documents (the ones that have no wbs element) appear in the report.

Can anyone help me please?

You can actully do this from KE91. WBS element char is available for reporting.

Filed name - PSPNR

Please check once.

Line item based reports are defined in KE91 (segment level reports in KE31).

Both types of reports can be started in KE30 and changed in KE32

when i went to KE31 and i tried to add the wbs element for existing report ,i was unable to find out wbs element in Available characteristic at right hand side.as far i know if wbs element is having in available characteristic than only we can select and moved to left hand side but how can add wbs element in available characteristics.can any one help me how can we add the wbs element characteristics in to the available characteristics at right hand side.

Hi Friend,

WBS Element is not available at Segment level which is KE31.

You have one solution, and try this in Quality

Go to KE91

Give the new report name to create.

Copy from : Here give your report which you are currently using and copy it.

So that new report will be used along with old chars and WBS is availbel at KE91.

Copy the report to new one through KE91, and add WBS element. Follow my first reply while adding

After adding WBS element in selection screen as well as in Navigation now wbs element showing in the report but my problem is in the report when i click on wbs element its not showing the values like wbs element wise its showing not assgined even if the post the values with ebs element .could u please any one how can i over come from this problem.

My dear,

once you add the WBS Element, you need to execute the report from KE30.

Have you executed it?

If not execute it once again

Also, check whether the Variable WBS Element is appearing in KE31 - under VARIABLES tab. If not, please let us know.

i have checked under varaible tab it iostheir wbs element, my problem is in navigation when i double click on the wbs element its not showing the values according to wbs element wise its showing the values with not assigned

My dear,

In the left side Navigation window, you can able to see the Report which you developed.

Select it, and click on Execute, it will take you to the selection screen.

Here in the selection screen, input the WBS Element range, ex 12000 to 12005 like this

Then execute
