The activation failing for DSO through Process chain but manually it works

Hi All,

I have an issue with DSO activation when it runs using process chain, it fails throwing the error message "Process did not confirm within the permitted time period" but when we activate manually the DSO activates successfully. May I know what could be the reason for this issue.
