I'm really in a dilemma. Please hear my story quickly before answering.
At the end of 2010 I got BW training, then was lucky enough to get hired by a consulting firm. But unfortunately I was practically on the bench for most of the time, the company couldn't get customers. I was laid off after 1 year couple of days ago. The company didn't even have a BW sandbox to practice.
Now I only have 1 year BI experience which is causing problems getting a new position. Most require 3+ years minimum.
I have an option to get training in BI again (to polish up my skills) or I can get HANA training (I'm just gonna pay for training for both).
Which should I train in? I'll basically have to put 2 months training + certification on my resume and hope some company will hire me. Should I train in BI or HANA? Which is better for my career and getting a job?
