CJ20N Status change for Element (Sub Operation)

We have the following hierarchy in CJ20N:

1. WBS

2. Network

3. Activity

4. Element

My requireent is to change the status for all of them.

I am using the BAPI - BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS using which I can set the status for the first 3.

The status for the Element could not be changed.

Is there any other BAPI / FM where I can change the status at this level?
