EREC: Delete Registration action is showing wrong in Quality

Hello Experts,

The Delete Registration of External Candidate is performing differently in Quality (Both from the Delivery Team & also from his own profile) as its not locking the profile of the candidate but simply keeping the profile in locked status as still the candidate can access his profile & candidate can be deregistered again & again after the same action which is different in Development as the candidate can be deregistered only once & he can not be logged in again into his profile (Standard thing). Please help me how to make it correct in Quality. An early response would be appreciated.
