Address in japan language

Problem with two different users from same country

first user is getting vendor name and address in japan language when he post vendor invoice either through FB60 or MIRO but when second user trying post vendor invoice using the above txn codes he is getting address in enlish language even though he tried with two differnt login enlish as well as japan.

can anybody help me on the same as it is very urgent
