Problem with crawler

Hi

Im trying to index our intranet, and i have installed Trex on a server, and link it up to the portal. I have also followed the guide "How-to-set-up-web-repository". Everthing seem to be set correctly, but the crawler cannot start. It has the status idle, even if i reindex and flush. From the Admintool for Trex, I can see the index i have created on portal. We are running on EP 6. sp11. Does anyone know what it could be?
