Error:Infotype 0000 doesnot exist

Hi,

We are using SAP EP5.0 and we have an SAP IAC iView, which calls pz01(web Transaction). Everyone is able to access that iView, but one user getting the following error.

Error Message: Infotype 0000 does not exist.

But the Infotype 0000 is maintained for the user in the R/3 HR system. But giving the above error. Can anybody tell why this is happening? Thank you.
