JSM - Create ZMIN Transaction type

Hi,

Can anyone help me how to create transaction type ZMIN for Job Scheduling Management

Can you please try the following:

-> Go to t-code 'SM30'

-> Input and show view 'AGS_EJR_PROCTYPE'

-> Add one entry 'ZMIN' and check the checkbox.

and save your changes.

Also make sure the status of this incident is changed to 'In Process'.
