Invalid Control Account

HI all,

I am using copy express to copy the Business partner from one company to another. I was able to successfully copy the customers but when i am trying to copy the vendor, i am getting issue "Invalid Control Account".

I checked the control account for the vendor from source company and make sure the account is present in the new company (Destination company) but i am still getting error "Invalid Control Account" and not able to copy the vendors.

Is there is any special setting i am missing???

Hi Raja,

Is this CoA a segregated account?

It is better to use DTW to import Business partner.
