Store BP attachment in Content Server

Hi,

In transaction BP it is possible to upload documents on a separate tab page. These documents standard get stored in the SAP database using storage category BDS_DB with content repository BDS_DB.

Now I would like to have the documents stored on a content server using a custom storage category. I can get this to work if I use transaction OAER for upload but then the documents are not visible in transaction BP afterwards.

What should be changed (in customizing) if I would like to use trx. BP for the upload to the content server?

And if I would like to use method CREATE_WITH_TABLE in Class CL_CRM_DOCUMENTS?
