Complete delivery / partial delivery

Hi,

Need your help to understand how the complete delivery check box will trigger in SO.

What are the setups required and where.

HI

system won't allow partial Dispatch , it will allow single dispatch for that Sale order with full qty or Zero Qty if you TICK complete Delivery

Currently system taking automatically complete delivery in SO .. we need to change that. Need to know where the setup will be for that.

In sales doc type (TCode VOV8)

Shipping section - Immediate delivery as either A - Create delivery immediately or X - Create delivery immediately, if quantity confirmed for today

It will copy the full Qty to Delivery if you want to Do partial Qty confirmation change the Qty under picking tab and do the PGI

Otherwise Go to VL10C , in that T-code Directly you can give the Partial Qty and Do the Delivery

Then go to VL02N and do the PGI

Actually the problem with 1 customer and if we change in sales Doc level it effect to all and i believe in V0V8 related to delivery creation immediate or later on process flow.

Actually my question is how can we maintain setup for complete dly / partial dly

If it is One customer , Check in customer XD02> Sales Area View> Shipping Tab

Under shipping Tab you can see the fields Complete Delivery by law - I think it is Ticked

Partially Delivery Allowed Field - I think it is C

if yes Remove and try

Yes we can change it manually in SO to partial dly by removing check box. But currently its taking Automatically as complete dly.. need to change that .. so need to know the setup for that.

As already suggested, please check the Customer Master for Partial Deliveries Indicators at Sales Area Data - Shipping Tab.

But customer master mainatined as --- no tick mark for Complete delivery by law and partial dly per item - partial dly allowed.
