SE16N - spreadhseet option

Hi,

In my previous project, I can see an option in SE16N after entering into any table, one icon which I click then the values are shown in a spreadsheet. Downloading the values to spreadsheet icon is available.

But how can I activate that icon where the valuse are shown in spreadsheet without downloading.

Please advice.

SE16N -> enter table name & execute(F8), Click on button Views & Select List Output or Excel in Place to get in Excel.

Can you find something in menu path as shown below?

System --> List --> Save -->
