Drilldown in crystal reports

Hi

We got a crystal reports at the summary level and would like to get the line item level information from summary level,is there a way to do it??

hi,

There are two ways.

1)

You can place detail information in Details section.

Then summarize the information by creating Group Headers/Footers.

Make the details > Hide drill down ok.

Now your Group field can be clicked to view detail information.

2) creation of Sub report

Link main report and sub report with appropriate fields.

Hi,

Do you mean to say you have a summary report and now you wish to show the detail records for each of the summaries?

How are the summaries calculated? Does the report contain groups and summaries? Need more info.
