Freight conditions in sd

HI,

we have multiple freight conditions in our pricing procedure.but at a time based on some logic only one freight condition is manually entered in delivery document header level.

Requirement: i have created one condition type for freight ZFCL and added in pricing procedure now i need to get value of the applicable freight condition to this condition type.
